At egans, our Let & Manage service is designed to make letting your property simple, professional and stress-free.

We act in your best interest at all times, taking care of the everyday responsibilities normally associated with managing a rental property. From tenant vetting and check-in to inspections, maintenance, lease renewals and end-of-tenancy procedures, our team manages the full process on your behalf.

Following an inspection of your property, our team will provide an estimated monthly rental value based on the condition, location and current rental market.

The rental market remains highly undersupplied, meaning well-presented properties are letting quickly and achieving strong levels of interest. Our aim is to position your property correctly in order to attract suitable tenants and secure the best possible outcome.

Landlords can choose from two main service options:

A letting-only service where we help secure a suitable tenant for your property.

Let & Manage with egans
A complete property management service where we handle the letting process and ongoing management of the tenancy.

We handle tenant check-in at the beginning of the lease and carry out a full inspection at the end of the tenancy.

This includes managing the handover process, documenting the property condition and dealing with deposit return procedures where applicable.

With our Let & Manage service, we collect the rent monthly on your behalf.

Rent is transferred electronically to your nominated bank account, and a monthly remittance is issued for your records.

Your tenant does not contact you directly.

Your assigned property manager acts as the point of contact for both landlord and tenant, handling tenancy-related queries, maintenance issues and general communication throughout the lease.

We carry out routine inspections of your rental property and address any necessary repairs or maintenance issues as they arise.

A full inspection is also completed at the end of the tenancy to assess the property condition.

egans works with a trusted network of reliable contractors, along with our own in-house maintenance team.

This allows us to deal with repair and maintenance issues quickly, efficiently and professionally.

To ensure full compliance and smooth management of your rental property, landlords must meet certain legal obligations.

These include annual registration with the Residential Tenancies Board and ensuring that the property is kept in a proper state of repair and maintained to the required standard.

egans can assist with managing these requirements, helping to ensure the property meets minimum housing standards, defects are addressed promptly, and any necessary safety or compliance documentation is in place when required.
