  • We use Offr.io to manage online bidding across our properties. It has worked very effectively for us in recent months and has helped achieve excellent sale prices.

    You will receive a client invite to the bidding platform, so whenever an offer is made on your property, you will be notified automatically.

  • We make selling your property as easy as possible. First, we view your property and help you determine what it is worth. Our main goal is to make sure you get the most for your property.

  • After we value your property we will sit down and have a chat about fee’s and the process of selling your property. From here, we take care of everything ⁠— professional photography, signage, advertising, organising viewings and making sure we sell your property.

  • We will update you on a regular basis as we work to get the sale of your property agreed. Once we find the right buyer, we push on and finalise the deal. We pride ourselves on making the process of selling your property as easy as possible.

Professional photos, BER, and a clear marketing plan are put in place before your property goes live on the major property platforms and the Egan website.

Property appraisal

We will visit your home, advise on an accurate market value, discuss our comprehensive marekting strategy and talk you through the best way to bring your property to the market.

Prepare & launch

Once a sale is agreed, Egans guide the process through to completion, liaising with solicitors and keeping everything on track.

Viewings & offers

Viewings are managed for you and all offers are handled through us and our online platform Offr.io , keeping the process transparent and easy to follow.
